Amazing spacious apartment
Hot water failed one day but was fixed quickly. Sometimes others in the building were a little noisy when on the stairs, but only for short periods.

Great place for stay close to all amenities and easy access to public transport. Great value for the money.
It’s clean, spacious and comfortable. 20min walk from Art and Science Centre, 10min from the beach, also very well connected with the city centre and the airport. Metro station around the corner.

Cozy and beautifull apartment, perfect for rest after long walks in amazing Valencia!
I travel with my two kids so I really appreciate the cleanliness. This apartament was perfect for us and exceeded our expectations. It was very clean, cozy with comfortable beds and pillows with well equipped kitchen. I also liked very much that i could go by foot to the beach (20 minutes), to the City of Art (25 min), the metro station and other bus stations were at 3 min distance. We found everything we need in the are supermarket , organic shop, restaurants I really appreciate the communication with the host, from whom i received every information that I needed. For sure we will come back again!
First if all, we didn’t like that we need to access the building and the apartment with code because we tried many time to enter the pin until the front door opens but we manage it and in the second day the access part was easier for us but I think that a lock on the inside of the room door is needed
